Project 41,12 Inc.
Mission and Vision
Mission: To provide a variety of globally accessible pathways to become a successful Montessori Educator.
Vision: We are committed to leveraging our social privilege to remove racial, social and economic barriers to high fidelity adult preparation. Our work is the intersection of pedagogical training (Train Montessori), curriculum (The Math Institute), community (MAPS), and authentic community partnerships. Through data-informed decisions, we work to guide practitioners and grow adolescent communities everywhere they are desired.

The Math Institute
The Math Institute is focused on providing teachers the resources and support they need to center the classroom on their students. Through physical and digital materials, as well as in person and virtual workshops, the Math Institute collaborates with teachers where they are to enhance and open up their classrooms for better student engagement. Our methodology is based on the Montessori Method developed for children ages 0-12, but has been extended to the 12-18 Mathematics environment.

Train Montessori
Train Montessori is committed to providing access to globally diverse adults seeking a Montessori adult preparation program. We support underserved populations by advancing Montessori as a modern, responsive, scientific, and dynamic pedagogy rooted in best practices while acknowledging the practitioner’s time, space, place, and unique circumstances. We aim to continue growing a vibrant community of practitioners to deepen their knowledge of theory and practice collectively.

MAPS
The Montessori Adolescent and Practitioners Symposium’s mission is to create a platform for collaboration among practitioners, researchers, and adolescents, fostering the exchange of Montessori theory and practice. We are dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices, including adolescents, in the global Montessori community. Additionally, we aim to spotlight pioneering contributions by practitioners and adolescents, in hopes to inspire others in supporting adolescents worldwide.

diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
Project 41,12 Inc. affirms the Montessori method serves human development regardless of ability, age, cultural background, ethnicity, faith, gender, gender expression, gender identity, ideology, income, national origin, race, or sexual orientation. This mindset begins by actively working to uproot systemic discrimination and our team is committed to breaking down barriers to reduce the disparities we see in Montessori education today. Through genuine partnerships and data-driven strategies, our team tirelessly pursues equitable access to innovative resources.
We remove obstacles to top-tier training, ensuring individuals are well-equipped to nurture development within their communities. We actively foster an inclusive workspace, utilizing the power of collaboration and diverse perspectives, leading us towards a shared vision of global peace and solidarity. Our team intentionally embodies these values.
